We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Support Executive with strong communication skills and good knowledge of Excel. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely support, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Any graduate (Commerce / Business / IT preferred)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, reports, basic formulas)
Experience in handling customer queries via email or phone is preferred
Basic understanding of support processes and documentation
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
